Have you ever lost your pet, a good friend, your parents, your spouse, loss of family members MH17 / MH370 or a sudden loss of job and your favorite buddy ?
Also, would like to give a tribute to the late Robbin Williams....
Things like this can happen to us, and as humans we must strive thru and sail through good and bad times. If you find yourself facing such challenging situation :-
(a) Talk to your friends and family Keep it a must to talk to them and explain your feeling of loss to them. Do it everyday for 5 mins at least. If this cannot be done, go to a community church or call Befrienders
(b) Give time to forgive yourself
More then enough we will feel the sudden lose and our first reaction is to accept it and to bring that it is a reality. The sooner with accept the fact that they are gone the sooner we can heal our pain
(c) Keep a positive mind
Do not ever think of negative, replace it with the positive memories that you have share with them. If you feel that you did not spend enough time with them when they are alive, try to do something positive that they will be proud of i.e. volunteer for events, donate to the charity using the deceased names as a remembrance
(d) Grief and move on
Live is as it is, Move on. Do not take too long to grief. Stay strong as you would live like the very end of the day.
(e) Keep on learning new things and contribute back to society
This would be a good way to deal with challenging situationAs a last note, it will be difficult to go thru this situation alone. Negative taughts will start to cloud your mind. Take time to review, rewind and heal the pain. Once it is done, bounce back to be a better person to appreciate life more then ever.
